CONCRETE DRIVEWAYS

A concrete driveway appreciates the value of your property and allows easy access for vehicles, family members and visitors.

Concrete will help to prevent dirt and debris from making its way indoors (opposed to dirt or rock driveways) and is low maintenance. Concrete only needs to be pressured cleaned occasionally.

You can also finish off your concrete driveway with a decorative spraydeck. A raised knock-down texture (or other types of coatings upon request).

UPON REQUEST

Adco will take care of all required permitting from your local municipality and assist you with association requirements.

Adco will remove all sprinklers; cap and mark lines on perimeter of new construction, so there will be no irrigation lines to worry about under new concrete.

CRACKING CONCRETE

What causes cracking?

Cracking is mostly caused by forces due to shrinkage during curing and changes in temperature.   Adco cannot guarantee that your concrete will not crack, but we will place control joints where needed.

Asphalt driveways are a less expensive alternative to concrete, but asphalt must be seal coated every couple of years. Also asphalt edges tend to ravel (come apart). However, for the initial install, asphalt is less expensive than concrete and will still make your property more easily accessible. This option will also help to relieve tracking in dirt and other debris (opposed to a dirt or rock driveway).
